Overview

MissionERIN runs five interconnected programs that align institutions, communities, and national systems. Each program feeds into the others, creating a living ecosystem of learning, wellbeing, and economic opportunity.

Institutional Partnership Lab

MissionERIN's Institutional Partnership Lab is the entry point for universities, colleges, and TVET centres. We work with executive leaders, faculty unions, student governments, and governing boards to understand existing strengths and the gaps that perpetuate exclusion. Together we design multi-year blueprints that align with national policy while centring the voices of students most impacted by injustice.

Governance reform

Co-create inclusive governance frameworks, charters, and student leadership structures with partner institutions.

Curriculum co-design

Embed equity, gender justice, and climate resilience across degree programs and vocational modules.

Safeguarding systems

Implement trauma-informed policies, response protocols, and care networks with faculty and counsellors.

Documentary shorts amplifying youth innovation.

Community radio series in Nepali, Maithili, Tharu, Tamang, and Limbu.

Story design labs with illustrators, poets, and UX writers.

Multilingual toolkits for partners and policymakers.

Community Content Engine

MissionERIN's Community Content Engine harnesses storytelling to shift narratives about equity in Nepal. We collaborate with artists, journalists, youth collectives, and cultural institutions to produce multimedia campaigns that humanise data and celebrate the leadership of those most impacted by inequality.

MissionERIN Youth Clubs

MissionERIN Youth Clubs activate leadership in schools, campuses, and communities. Each club co-designs projects that advance equity — from digital literacy labs to menstrual health campaigns to climate action. Youth gain mentorship, micro-grants, and pathways into national advocacy.

Tools and Technology

MissionERIN builds digital infrastructure with ethics and accessibility at the core. Our technology is co-managed with partner institutions and designed to work in low-connectivity environments.

Open-source data platform

A secure stack hosting anonymised learner data, program indicators, and shared measurement frameworks.

Hybrid learning suite

Low-bandwidth LMS, offline content sync, and assistive tech kits for students with disabilities.

Leadership dashboards

Real-time dashboards enabling institutions and municipalities to monitor progress and act on insights.

MissionERIN Observatory

Interactive dashboard summarising equity indicators, program reach, and community feedback across Nepal.

Impact Loop

The Impact Loop ensures that support is holistic and adaptive. Data from each node flows into the MissionERIN Observatory, enabling partners to track outcomes, reallocate resources, and respond to emerging needs.

MissionERIN Loop

Scholarship

Full and partial scholarships with wrap-around support.

Accessibility

Assistive tech, transport, and language access for all learners.

Work-Study

Paid apprenticeships linked to local enterprises and cooperatives.

Emergency Aid

Rapid response fund covering crises, climate shocks, and health needs.

Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning

Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) is embedded throughout MissionERIN. Each program collects real-time data on reach, quality, and outcomes. Communities co-analyse data during quarterly reflection forums, ensuring that decisions are rooted in lived experience.

Sustainability

MissionERIN plans for long-term sustainability by building shared ownership, diversified financing, and climate resilience into every program. We leverage diaspora contributions, public budgets, and social enterprise revenue to ensure the movement thrives beyond project cycles.

Blended financing

Combine government allocations, philanthropic investment, and mission-aligned private sector funding.

Circular resource loops

Community enterprises reinvest program surpluses into scholarships and local innovation funds.

Climate resilience

Green infrastructure, resilient supply chains, and eco-literacy embedded across programs.

Future Plans

Future plans focus on scaling MissionERIN nationally while deepening quality. We will expand institutional partnerships, invest in local MissionERIN Fellows, and open new community learning hubs in each province. The journey ahead is collective — and measurable.
